Growing up local to the park, I spend my time exploring these places, learning how light moves through them, understanding seasons, crowds, and logistics, and using that knowledge to guide couples with confidence.

Best Sequoia Elopement Locations
When Is the Best Time to Elope in Sequoia?
Spring: Fresh greens, quieter trails, and crisp air. Great for couples who want comfortable temps and fewer crowds.
Summer: Everything is accessible. This is peak season, so planning matters most. Sunrise and weekday sessions are your best friend.
Fall: Golden tones, cooler evenings, and a moodier feel. One of my favorite times for story driven photos.
Winter: Not for everyone, but stunning when conditions line up. If you want cozy, quiet, and dramatic, winter can be magic.

All ceremonies inside Sequoia require a special use permit.
The permit is issued by the National Park Service and ensures protected access to ceremony locations.
